Maryland’s Spay and Neuter Grants Program is now accepting grant applications for 2019!
Maryland Spay and Neuter Grants Program was created to reduce the number of unwanted cats and dogs euthanized in shelters in Maryland. The program awards competitive grants to local governments and non-profit animal welfare organizations so that they can provide free spay and neuter services for pet dogs and cats of low income Marylanders and to colonies of feral cats. To date, Maryland’s Spay and Neuter Grants Program has completed 38,613 spay/neuter procedures.
